SESSION 2 - 9-10:30 a.m.: Monday, July 29, Wednesday, July 31,
Monday, August 5 & Wednesday, August 7
FOR AGES 12-18 YEARS OLD $10 PER SESSION
We believe in building the athlete from the inside out,
and we promote a safe and injury free environment.
Each session will include agility, power, speed,
strength, metabolic conditioning, flexibility & balance
Minimum of four youth per session, pre-registration is
required at the John H. Chafee Fitness Center.

This MWR event is open to youth ages 12-18 years old of
active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, and DoD
civilians with base access.
