Mission Nutrition

Wednesday, October 2, 9, 16 & 23,
3-4 p.m.

A workshop designed to assist you in meeting your 
nutritional goals.  Patrons will learn the principles 
of good nutrition, topics covered: reading food 
labels, eating strategies on travel and on ship, 
the facts on carbs, fats, and proteins in simple 
terms and how to properly fuel the body. 
Preregistration is required at the John H. Chafee 
Fitness Center.

This event is open to active duty personnel, retirees, 
reservists, & DoD civilians, with valid ID & base access.
