Olympic Weight Lifting for Beginners

OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING FOR BEGINNERS
Tuesday, March 5 & 12, 3:30-5 p.m.

For beginners only, little to no experience with Olympic weightlifting, 
this clinic will teach and breakdown the basics of the Clean, Jerk and 
Snatch.  You will learn from a certified USA Weight Lifting coach 
performing proper techniques for three lifts, along with exercises to 
improve mobility to perform these movements.  Sign up for the free clinic, 
space is limited to six participants.


This MWR event is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, 
eligible family members and DoD civilians with base access.
