Rosemary roasted red bliss potatoes

with white truffle cream ~

Pistachio encrusted salmon ~ topped with an arugula pesto ~

Carving Station
Herb & garlic roasted prime rib ~ accompanied by a horseradish 
cream sauce or port wine demi glaze ~

Baked ham ~ accompanied by a mustard jus or warm applesauce ~

at (401) 841-1442.  Patrons must have base access to attend.  
Reservation refundable only until noon, Wednesday, April 17.


This MWR event is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, 
eligible family members, DoD civilians and contractors with base access.
