reservation and entree selection are
required.  Full bar also available.

$80.00 per couple with a bottle of wine
$75.00 per couple without wine

 

Officers’ Club Valentine’s Day 2019 Menu

FIRST COURSE
Truffle Pops ~ Savory apple cheddar chutney cheesecake pops, crusted with 
pecans and served with a toasted baguette and fresh apple slices

SECOND COURSE
Arugula tossed in lemon juice and olive oil, topped with shaved parmesan 
and black pepper toast

THIRD COURSE
Lemon Sorbet Intermezzo

FOURTH COURSE - PRE SELECTED CHOICE
Pan Seared Salmon with a Tuscan Butter ~ Grape tomatoes, spinach, garlic, cream & herbs

Beef Wellington with a Mushroom Duxelle topped with a red wine demi glace

Chicken Versailles ~ Boneless chicken, goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted with bread crumbs and a champagne buerre blanc

Above served with ~ tri-color roasted fingerling potatoes & haricot verts with shallot butter

Grilled Ratatouille over soft asiago polenta with a tomato basil sauce

FIFTH COURSE
Chocolate Lava Cake with a quenelle of vanilla bean ice cream, garnished with seasonal fresh fruits
