Bench Press Fitness Challenge

5:30-7:30 a.m. & 3-6 p.m.
Test your upper body strength by taking part in our annual bench press challenge.
Males presss 80% and females press 60% of their body weight. Participants will
lift the requried weight as many times as possible within a set timeframe while
using correct form. Prizes will be awarded to top male and female participants,
within specific age catergories. Pre-register at the John H. Chafee Fitness

This MWR event is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists,
eligible family members, and DoD civilians with base access.
