30 Day Fitness Challenge

30 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
May 1-30  


This challenge will restart your fitness routine, all levels are welcome!  
Give us 10 to 15 minutes and we'll get you moving all major muscle groups 
in your body, included will be two active recovery days.  The goal is to 
get healthier, establish a routine for long term fitness and feel better!!  
Sign-up will begin on Monday, April 22 at the front desk.  


This MWR event is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, 
eligible family members, and DoD civilians with base access.
