Newport - John H. Chafee Pool

The six-lane pool is open first-come, first-served.  Open for all authorized patrons, Active Duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents, Veterans (100% disabled) and DoD civilians.  Contractors, Retired DoD civilians & Veterans (who are not 100% disabled) are not allowed to use pool.  Locker rooms and showers are available for use. 

 

ADULT (18+) LAP SWIM FEES:
Free for active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, their dependents and DoD civilians.

**Active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, and their dependents may sponsor civilian guests for $5 each. DoD civilians may only sponsor their immediate family members for $5 each.

 

CONTRACTORS, RETIRED DOD CIVILIANS, & VETERANS (UNDER 100% DISABLED) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THE POOL OR THE FITNESS CENTER.
