VIRTUAL Fitness at home - Plank Holds
During the month of April (Monday- Friday) our fitness instructors will do elbow & side plank variations during their classes. Unlike crunches, plank and plank variations activate all the core muscles. That includes the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, and obliques. These exercises also activate the muscles in the hips, back, and shoulders. Prizes will be awarding for participation. Don’t forget to email email@example.com with your planks times.
