Held at the MWR Community Recreation Center Conference Room in Building 656.
A workshop designed to assist you in meeting your nutritional goals. During the course, the patron
will learn the principles of good nutrition, topics covered: reading food labels, eating strategies
on travel and on ship, the facts on carbs, fats, and proteins in simple terms and how to properly
fuel the body. Preregistration is required and starts on Monday, January 14 at the John H. Chafee
This MWR event is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, eligible family
members and DoD civilians with base access.
