First Course
Charcuterie Board 
assortment of international and domestic 
cheese, cured meats, pickled peppers, 
and onions

Second Course
Apple Cranberry Salad 
mixed greens, tomatoes, diced bacon, 
sliced apples, cranberries, crumbled 
Gorgonzola cheese, and toasted walnuts

Third Course
Choose one per person

Grilled Beef Medallions
topped with house made chimichurri 
sauce and served with au gratin 
potatoes & chef’s choice vegetable

Pan Seared Crispy 
Skin Duck Breast 
cherry and wine reduction served with 
potato hash and chef’s choice vegetable 
Citrus Marinated and Grilled Swordfish 
Steaks lemon & basil butter served with 
wild rice and chef’s choice vegetable

Wild Mushroom & 
White Truffle Risotto

Prix fixe menu, pre-paid reservations 
and entree selection are required.  
Full bar will also be available.

$80 per couple 
with a bottle of wine

personnel, retirees, reservists, dependents, 
eligible veterans (va caregivers), 
DoD civilians, and contractors with 
valid ID & base access.
