Experience the benefifits of yoga, this class is designed to introduce the fundamentals of yoga while helping you reach your yoga goals.
No preregistration needed, just check in at the front desk before class, limited to 30 participants per class.
Open to all Active-duty personnel, Reservists, Retirees, Dependents (16+), Veterans (100% disabled), & DoW civilians with valid ID & base access.
Free for all groups except DoW civilians, $5 per class. MWR has gone cashless, all major credit cards are accepted.
