Seating Times are available 10 a.m., 11:45 a.m. & 1:30 p.m.

•Seasonal fresh sliced fruit & assorted berries with a whipped vanilla dip
•Assorted breakfast pastries
•Omelet station~made to order and offered with a selection of savory fillings
•Chicken Marsala with wild mushrooms in a marsala wine demi-glace
•Baked salmon filet with caramelized sweet onion and fig jam
•Farfalle with seasonal vegetables, tossed in a Parmesan cream sauce
•Chef's choice starch & vegetable
•Crisp bacon & country sausage
•Blueberry bread pudding with warm maple syrup
•Scrambled eggs with fresh herbs
•Pepper crusted sirloin of beef~accompanied by an herb brandy sauce or horseradish cream
•Roast Turkey Breast~accompanied by a savory veloute or cranberry relish
