Combine Trainers' Challenge

The challenge includes: 40 yard dash, 5-10-5 agility sprints, vertical leap, and a broad jump.  This will test your speed, agility, and explosiveness in a comparable football combine challenge.  Sign-ups are recommended at the John H. Chafee Fitness Center front desk starting Wednesday, February 2.

 

The John H. Chafee Fitness Center is open to active duty personnel, retirees, reservists, dependents, and DoD civilians with valid ID & base access.
